- Ava, our website AI chat assistant, which may ask for your name, phone number, and/or email once you show interest in getting a quote or being contacted, along with a description of what you need. The content of your conversation with Ava is also recorded.
We do not collect payment information anywhere on this site, we do not process online payments or sell anything directly through the site.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, follow up on a quote or service request, and schedule or coordinate the work you've asked about. We do not use your information for advertising retargeting, and we do not sell your information to third parties.
How your information is processed and shared
Submissions from the contact form are delivered by email to our team. Conversations with Ava are processed using OpenAI's API to generate responses, and are stored so our team can review and follow up on your request. These are the only third parties involved in handling the information described above, and they only process it on our behalf.
Data retention
We keep contact form submissions and chat conversation records for as long as reasonably needed to follow up on your inquiry and maintain our own business records, and we take reasonable steps to keep that information secure.
Your choices
You're never required to use the contact form or the chat assistant to browse this site. If you'd like us to delete information you've previously submitted, contact us using the details below and we'll take care of it.
Children's privacy
This website and our services are directed at adults arranging HVAC service for their homes, not at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
